1. Data controller

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

2. What data we process

In connection with communication and the provision of services, we process in particular:

• identification and contact data (name, email, phone, company name),
• information contained in your messages and enquiries,
• data required for contract performance and invoicing,
• technical data (e.g. IP address) to the extent necessary to operate the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process personal data on the legal grounds set out in Article 6 of the GDPR:

• performance of a contract or measures taken before entering into a contract,
• the controller's legitimate interest (e.g. replying to enquiries, protecting legal claims),
• compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax duties),
• your consent, where you provide it (e.g. for sending a newsletter).

4. Data retention period

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law (10 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn.

5. Data recipients

We only share data with parties that act as processors (e.g. IT service providers, accountants and legal advisors). We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA without adequate safeguards. All data stays within the European Union.

In relation to the processing of personal data you have the right:

• to rectification and completion of the data,
• to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"),
• to restriction of processing,
• to data portability,
• to object to processing,
• to withdraw consent to processing,
